Rebuilding homes for the most vulnerable

This project aims to contribute to the successful and sustainable reconstruction of totally destroyed housing in Gaza, thereby providing relief to the ongoing humanitarian crisis.

The project will provide support to the most vulnerable, to establish and protect the rights of the internally displaced.

Beneficiaries are among the most vulnerable in society. Particular attention is given to women and elderly headed-households, as well as people living with disabilities. More details are here.

This project is facilitated by the Gaza Reconstruction Mechanism, an agreement between the Government of Israel and the Palestinian Authority.

What does home
mean in Gaza?

Imagine you lose your home

In Gaza, more than 1.3 million people are refugees.

Just 5% of the population of 1.9 million has access to drinking water at home.

29,000 people have no home.

We are helping people to rebuild their homes

In support of our partners we focus on improving homes for families with the greatest needs.
